January We are very pleased and proud to announce that Apollo FC have passed the Charter Standard Annual health Check for another year. Well done Apollo!
September 2011 Hope you all had a great summer holidays! Now time to knuckle down and get back into the swing of things. New kit ordered and should be arriving end of September, new sweat tops too. Also we are lucky enough to be using the brand new astro turf at Erith School. Please note that only trainers or Astro boots to be worn. The league season kicks off on the 18th Sept but we have a couple of friendlies just to ease us back into it (check out the details on the fixture page). We would just like to wish good luck to some players that are leaving us. Good luck to Dereck, Raff and Shingi who have been snapped up by Kent league teams. We wish you all the best! Also a big thank you to Dylan who is one of the originals at Apollo FC who has decided to hang up his competitive boots. Thanks for all your hard work and commitment over the years Dylan! We would also like to welcome Shamarie and Daniel, two new players who have joined us for the coming season. They have fitted in brilliantly and we are sure will be assets to the team.

Presentation 2011 Thanks to everyone for the gifts that you gave us. They were much appreciated. Thanks too for everyone who contributed to another great day. We have finished a great season as second in the division. That was a great achievement as we only lost one league match. Hopefully we can continue into the C division with the same drive and passion. Awards this season were given as follows…. June 20010 A good time was had by all at the presentation on the 12th June hosted at Erith School. April 2010 We have just finished the season and considering all the changes that have happened over the past year, I feel that we finished in a respectable position. I am very proud of you all. I would like to say a big Thank You to Reece for covering goalie position for most of the season. He has done a brilliant job and should be very proud of himself. Also, table for Brown shield is at the bottom of the table and grid page. November 2009 A big thank you to Direct Link for the printing of our jackets, much appreciated. Due to our Charter Standard status we were invited to attend Wembley to see England U21’s play Portugal in the qualifiers on Saturday 14th November. We all had a great day and enjoyed it immensely. October 2009 Apollo FC would like to thank Butler & England Ltd for their donation. The donation will be a big help in buying the club some much needed new training equipment. August 2009 Congratulations!! to Annette who passed her Referee Course with a brilliant score. She is now ready and able to Ref our matches for us for the coming season.. Well done Annette, we are proud of you! Training has resumed as of 13th August. Whilst we understand that it is the holiday season please let us know If you are unable to attend training as soon as possible. We do not want to waste money on the training venue if there are not enough players to cover the cost. AGM date to be announced soon. April 2009 Season Finished This season has been the hardest so far for us to maintain a steady level with so many other commitments and injuries going on with the players. We have only had one match with all the squad present and positions have had to be altered to accommodate and balance the team which has worked some matches but not always. The boys that had turned up for matches have given it their all and always battled on, never dropping their heads which is something that Elliott and I have truly appreciated. We believe that the boys have improved as individuals, but not had the chance to as a team, as our position in the division would suggest. Hopefully, next season, we can have the opportunity to solidify and bond our team with players old and new and get the results that we are truly worthy of. Stu March 2009 Direct Link have come up trumps again and sponsored us for the coming year. We really do appreciate their kind and generous donation. It really does help with the smooth running of the club. So a big THANK YOU goes out to them from all of us here at Apollo FC. November 2008 Great news, we have now achieved Charter Standard Club status which is a brilliant achievement for the club as it shows that we are progressing and meeting the standards as set out by the F.A September 2008 New TrainingTime Thursday training will now run from 6pm—8pm. We will still be on the astroturf at Erith School but we will now be on the pitch nearest to the car park. Subs for training will now increase to £5.00 per session. Also a very big CONGRATULATIONS to Stuart on passing his Level 2 FA Coaching Award. He has put such a lot of time into it and gave up a lot to attend the course. Well done!
